Eligibility

Our Return/Exchange or Refund Policy is valid only for prepaid customers.

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase that contains the same name, address, and contact number as the purchaser.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and record a video of the opening process. In case of damage, defect, or wrong item, your claim for Return/Exchange or Refund will be validated only after reviewing this unboxing video.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you via email or call for further information. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to our designated address.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
